Type:
full-time About the Job We're looking for a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist who lives inside a timeline, knows a great hook when they see one, and thrives on the challenge of making content that stops the scroll. This role isn't just social-first - you'll also cut and finish traditional commercials, so range across formats matters. If you're passionate about short-form social content, comfortable delivering broadcast-ready commercials, have a sharp eye for pacing, and believe that testing variations is just as important as the edit itself-keep reading.
What You'll Do:
Edit and deliver high-quality short-form social videos at speed-because testing content means producing options, not just one cut Cut and finish :15-:30 commercials, including trimming a longer spot down into shorter versions without losing the story Create multiple variations of edits (different hooks, pacing, lengths) to support performance testing and internal creative reviews Develop motion graphics that elevate content and feel native to the platform-not like a slideshow Mix music, add sound effects, and handle audio in a way that makes people want to keep watching Apply color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and quality across deliverables Support our photography and videography team by editing the content they capture-social posts, brand content, and beyond Assist with ad production and web video projects as brand needs arise Format and deliver content to spec for every platform and outlet-including aspect ratios and resizes for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as correct file types, codecs, and technical specs for broadcast delivery Stay current on trends and platform behavior so our content always feels timely and relevant Juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality or momentum
What You Bring:
1-3 years of video editing experience, spanning social/short-form content and traditional commercial cuts Solid skills in Adobe After Effects and the broader Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.) A real understanding of what makes social content perform-hooks, pacing, payoff-and how to test it Experience with music mixing and sound design: you know how audio shapes a viewer's experience Working knowledge of color correction and grading Familiarity with broadcast delivery requirements-file types, codecs, and specs-so finished spots are ready to hand off, not bounced back Comfortable taking a project from raw footage to final deliverable independently Strong attention to detail-one frame off is still off Good communicator who can take direction and give clear creative feedback Comfortable collaborating across teams-whether that's photo/video, brand, or 3D Equal Opportunity Employer
