This is a post-production only role for someone hungry to grow, obsessed with storytelling, and ready to produce edits that command attention. What You'll Do Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that's built to go viral. Execute with Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve only (non-negotiable). Add captions, transitions, sound design, and story pacing to maximize watch time. Optimize edits for distribution across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Work fast, take feedback well, and deliver high-quality edits on deadline. What We're Looking For Proven editing experience with a strong portfolio (short-form + YouTube required). Premiere Pro/DR mastery — this is non-negotiable, it's our standard. Understanding of short-form storytelling and YouTube structure .
