About This Role The Content Producer is a core creative contributor within Foster's Creative's video / photo team. This role exists to help transform strategy, creative direction, and real human moments into thoughtful, emotionally resonant video and photo content. Content Producers do not operate in isolation. This role is deeply rooted in process, systems, and collaboration. Content Producers work within clearly defined creative workflows, contribute to shared planning and execution, and help elevate the team's consistency, clarity, and creative output. The right person for this role cares as much about how work gets made as what gets made.
Core Responsibilities :
Creative Execution Capture and direct video and photo content in alignment with creative briefs and brand tone Execute shoots with technical excellence, confidence, and professionalism Capture clean, high-quality audio and ensure strong on-set fundamentals Edit video and photo content that is on-brief, emotionally grounded, and delivered on time Contribute to storyboards, treatments, and creative development alongside the team Process & Systems Work within established production workflows for pre-production, production, and post-production Support post-production pipelines, review cycles, and delivery standards Maintain readiness of gear, files, and production tools Communicate clearly with the Production Manager and teammates around progress, needs, and risks Help identify bottlenecks, gaps, or inefficiencies in production flow Collaboration & Teamwork Collaborate closely with other Content Producers, Editors, Designers, and Marketing teammates Receive and implement feedback with humility and professionalism Contribute to a healthy, supportive, and accountable team culture Support training, skill development, and shared standards across the Video & Photo Team Team Goals You Support Document stories with feeling, clarity, and intention Execute consistently across formats, clients, and platforms Strengthen creative direction through shared process Reduce friction and bottlenecks through clear systems and communication Required Skills & Proficiencies You must be proficient in: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe Lightroom Motion graphics and animation via Adobe After Effects Properly lighting a set for video and photo shoots Capturing clean, usable audio Microsoft Word Asana project management software (training provided) Experience & Technical Requirements Minimum of 4 years of photography and videography experience Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and automobile insurance Willingness to work evenings and weekends Willingness to travel for shoots Who Thrives in This Role You will thrive in this role if you: Care deeply about process, systems, and creative development workflows Enjoy working as part of a team rather than owning everything end-to-end Take pride in consistency, follow-through, and clarity Are confident in your craft while staying open to feedback and direction Find energy in building something sustainable with others Once again, currently, this role is temporary.
