Content Lead Videography & Photography (Creative Producer)

Brace Direct is seeking a full-time, in-house Content Lead to own and execute our visual content across e-commerce, marketing, and educational channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly organized and mature creative professional who can both produce content at a high level and help guide our overall content direction as we scale . You will work directly with leadership to plan, produce, and ensure execution of content across platforms , while building structure and consistency within our creative workflow.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$28/hour

Up to $20,000/year based on output, organization, and content performance Paid Holidays PTO (accrual begins after 90 days) Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Retirement Benefits Role Overview This role blends: Production (shooting + editing) Creative direction (look, feel, quality) Execution ownership (making sure content actually gets done and posted) We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized Accountable Mature and dependable Able to bring structure to creative output , not just ideas Responsibilities Production & Creative Shoot high-quality product and lifestyle photo/video content Execute lighting, gaffing, and studio setup Direct models and talent with confidence and clarity Produce product demos, tutorials, ads, and branded content Maintain consistent visual standards across all content Editing & Delivery Edit video (Premiere Pro, After Effects) with strong pacing and polish Retouch and optimize images for e-commerce and marketing Deliver clean, organized files ready for internal use and distribution Content Leadership & Execution Help plan and brainstorm content strategy with leadership Build shot lists and production plans Ensure content is completed, organized, and delivered on schedule Work with team members or editors to hand off and complete content Ensure content is posted and utilized across channels Organization & Operations Maintain a highly organized file structure and asset library Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Coordinate scheduling of shoots, products, and talent Maintain and organize studio equipment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in videography + photography Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of lighting and gaffing Experience producing clean, commercial-quality product content Solid understanding of audio capture (lavs, shotgun mics, etc.) What We're Really Looking For Highly organized operator (this is critical) Someone who follows through and gets things done A creative who can lead execution, not just create Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house environment Reliable, mature, and accountable Position Details Full-time, on-site (9-5) Based in our in-house studio Consistent production workload Application Requirements Portfolio + demo reel required Must include: Product photography Video production Lighting/DP work Motion/editing work (if available) Resume with relevant experience After applying on Indeed, your next step will be to complete our assessment: https://app.testgorilla.com/s/ebi0kfqm
