We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into entertaining videos across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help elevate our content, engaging audiences through various professional editing techniques, knowledge of current trends, and innovative ideas. Responsibilities (What you'll be editing): Long-form YouTube videos (10-30 minutes), Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Tiktoks Luxury custom homes ($2M-$10M+), luxury lifestyle Construction progress & behind-the-scenes content Design reveals Client testimonials Educational real estate videos

Must Have:

3+ years of professional video editing experience Experience editing YouTube vlogs, lifestyle content, or similar Experience creating viral Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Portfolio with 1M+ combined views across edited content (proof required) Experience with audio cleanup Fast turnaround times (24-72 hours) Reliable high-speed internet and computer capable of editing 4K footage

Preferred:

Luxury real estate/interior design/architecture content editing experience Drone editing FPV footage editing Experience with luxury lifestyle brands Thumbnail design experience Basic graphic design skills Understanding of YouTube retention and audience psychology
