In this role, you will be the driving force behind crafting compelling stories and producing engaging multimedia content across various platforms. Your expertise will help us connect with audiences through captivating storytelling, high-quality audio and video production, and innovative content editing. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to inspiring and informing our community. Compensation will be dependent upon skillset and performance, with significant long-term upside. Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute engaging content ideas that align with our brand voice and audience interests. Manage end-to-end video production processes, including filming, editing, post-production, and distribution. Operate broadcast studio equipment, ensuring high-quality audio and visual output for live or recorded content. Utilize lighting techniques to enhance video quality during shoots, creating visually appealing productions. Edit audio and video materials using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite. Write clear, compelling scripts, storyboards, and technical documents to support content creation efforts. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement. Ensure all content adheres to journalistic standards of accuracy, fairness, and clarity. Experience Proven experience in storytelling through multimedia formats such as video, audio, or digital content creation. Strong skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. Prior interest/knowledge with Luxury Watches and/or Jewelry is preferred. Familiarity with broadcast studio equipment operation and lighting techniques for professional video shoots. Knowledge of post-production workflows including sound editing, color correction, and visual effects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex ideas into engaging narratives. Experience managing social media platforms and understanding analytics tools for performance tracking.
