About the Role Delavan Holdings is hiring a Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to our Creative Director . We're looking for a talented video editor with 2-5 years of experience editing both short-form and long-form video content . You'll help bring our stories to life across multiple industries through visually compelling video content for social media, digital ads, internal communications, and commercial platforms . What You'll Do Edit and Deliver High-Impact Video Content Edit high volumes of short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn Create long-form videos for branded content, company messages, or client use Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition for full post-production: color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and animations Cut raw footage for pacing, tone, rhythm, and narrative clarity Collaborate Across Teams Partner with in-house videographers, content creators, and marketers Adapt edits quickly based on creative feedback and project deadlines Ensure every video aligns with brand voice and campaign goals Protect Brand Integrity Apply multiple brand guidelines and visual identities Edit for different platforms, audiences, and business units Innovate with video trends, transitions, formats, and storytelling techniques Other Responsibilities Maintain regular and predictable attendance Perform other marketing or creative duties as assignedRequirements:
What You Bring 2-5 years of professional video editing experience in an agency or corporate marketing team Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite , especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Audition Strong grasp of video storytelling , music selection, rhythm, and platform best practices Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Understanding of social-first video formats and aspect ratios Bonus Points For Degree in film, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) A strong portfolio showcasing edited videos for digital or social use Requirements Must be available to work on-site in Delavan, WI Valid driver's license Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with hands/wrists Reasonable accommodations available if needed Ready to Apply?
