We are looking for an experienced videographer/video production company to film a multi-location marketing campaign for our software company. We serve the convenience store and gas station industry and need content for both social media (15-30 second clips) and longer-form brand/testimonial videos.

What we need filmed:

Staff interviews at our office — several team members will speak on camera about our company history, what our product does, what makes us different, and our vision. These will be filmed in front of a branded backdrop or clean office background. Customer testimonial interviews — we will arrange access to a handful of our customers (convenience store and gas station operators) to be filmed at their locations. They will speak to the challenges they faced before using our software and how it has helped their operations and business growth. B-roll footage needed at gas station and convenience store locations:

• Cashier at the register completing a transaction
• Employees using handheld inventory scanning devices in the aisles
• Inventory audits in progress
• Full convenience store shelf bays (beverages, snacks, general merchandise)
• Walking shot entering the store through the front door
• Forecourt/pump area — cars, pumps, exterior signage
• Close-ups of handheld device screens in use Deliverables we need edited:
• Short-form cuts (15-30 seconds) for Instagram, LinkedIn,
• TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — these will blend a quote or key message over relevant b-roll footage
• Full-length interview videos (2-5 minutes) with b-roll woven throughout for YouTube, our website, and sales use

Locations:

• Our office in Livermore, CA (for staff interviews)
• 2-4 convenience store/gas station locations (for customer interviews and b-roll) Looking for: Filming, editing, color grading, and final delivery of all assets.
