Job Description

We are seeking a San Francisco/Bay Area-based DP for a 2-day shoot highlighting a community partnership.
Crucial:
We are looking for a DP who has a go-to, trusted local crew they can bring onto Day 1 of this project. Our creative direction leans heavily into authentic human energy, punchy editing rhythms, and clean, live imagery (no animations or graphics). We need a DP who can capture "real life" beautifully as it happens, keeping the energy high and the visuals kinetic. Production Schedule & Scope Day 1 (July 16): Full crew day. 2-camera interview setup (interviews with client leadership and community members) followed by fast-paced, high-energy documentary B-roll Day 2 (July 17): Solo DP day. B-roll only, touring multiple local facilities. You will be traveling light, running a 1-camera setup to capture architectural and environmental B-roll. We are also looking for someone who can shoot via drone. Outside of DP position we are looking for an AC, Gaffer & Grip, Sound Recordist, PA.
Docu-Style Instincts:
Strong documentary storytelling background. You know how to capture authentic human interaction on the fly without making it feel staged.
Camera Movement:
Day 1 B-roll requires a Steadicam or gimbal setup to keep the movement fluid and energetic. Please specify your preferred setup.
Community Mindset:
