Videographer

Man of War is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video and can confidently handle the full production process, from concept to final edit. You'll work closely with our creative team and leadership to produce engaging content across a variety of platforms, including web, social media, YouTube, and podcasts. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with creative vision and stays current with evolving tools and trends in content creation. Key Responsibilities Video Production Plan, coordinate, and execute video shoots for product demos, brand stories, lifestyle content, and podcasts Operate professional camera systems (Nikon, Panasonic, Sony) with a strong understanding of composition and movement Set up and manage lighting, audio, and other production equipment Capture high-quality footage both in-studio and on location Post-Production Edit footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with brand standards Perform color correction and grading for a consistent visual identity Handle audio editing and sound design Add motion graphics, captions, and effects where needed Organize footage, b-roll, and project assets efficiently Collaboration & Creative Input Work closely with the creative team and CEO to plan shoots and develop concepts Contribute ideas that support marketing goals and audience engagement Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of professional videography experience Strong proficiency with DSLR and professional video cameras Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools Solid understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio equipment Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail Experience filming on set and on location Ability to independently set up and break down production equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Strengths Familiarity with modern content workflows and digital platforms Experience or comfort working with AI-assisted tools to support editing, organization, or content development Ability to adapt to new technologies that improve efficiency and creative output Awareness of current trends in video, social media, and content production Equipment & Environment Mac and PC workflow experience Hands-on experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio gear Work Environment Full-time, on-site role in Boca Raton, FL Occasional travel for events and content capture Who You Are A self-starter who can take projects from concept to completion Creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Passionate about producing high-quality, impactful content
