Full Job Description What You'll Be Doing:

Capturing aerial drone footage and ground-level video of luxury waterfront properties Editing footage into polished listing videos (1-3 minutes) and short-form social media cuts (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Delivering content on agreed turnaround timelines (typically 48-72 hours post-shoot) Occasionally assisting with property photography if capable Collaborating with our team on creative direction and brand consistency What We're Looking For FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required, no exceptions Own professional-grade drone equipment (DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Air 3, or equivalent) Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) A portfolio showing real estate, luxury, or lifestyle aerial work Experience creating content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Reliable, professional, and communicative this is a long-term relationship, not a one-off gig Based in or willing to travel within Broward County-Miami Compensation Per-property rate negotiable based on scope (video only vs. full content package) Open to discussing a monthly retainer for ongoing work Serious candidates with strong portfolios will receive priority consideration To Apply Send the following to : A link to your portfolio or Instagram/YouTube showing recent work Your equipment list Your per-property rate or package pricing Your availability and typical turnaround time
