This role involves capturing high-quality video content, including patient interviews, provider discussions, and supplementary footage. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and the ability to work efficiently within scheduled timelines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with patients and providers to gather compelling video content. Capture high-quality B-roll footage to complement the interviews. Edit and produce engaging video content that meets project standards and deadlines. Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition. Collaborate with team members to align on creative direction and project goals. Manage timelines effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Review and refine video materials to deliver high-quality final products. Work on-site during scheduled shooting days, primarily on Tuesdays. Ensure all video content aligns with the intended messaging and storytelling goals. Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing. Proficiency in operating video cameras and related equipment. Strong editing skills using industry-standard software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with video production techniques, including lighting and sound. Availability to work on-site on Tuesdays as required. Attention to detail and a creative approach to storytelling.
