Job Description

This is an in-studio role on Miami Beach. Inside Success TV is a rapidly growing TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency — all under one roof. We create short cinematic documentary films for celebrities, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. We are seeking someone to lead in-studio production for our documentary content—running interviews, operating the studio, and shaping the stories we tell. Your initial focus will be interviewing, shooting, and managing day-to-day tasks. However, as a growing, dynamic startup, we are also looking for team members who are open to wearing multiple hats and fill gaps across production as the role evolves….possibly reviewing final cuts, editing video, traveling for off-site shoots, hosting podcasts, filming or presenting at live events, etc.

  • Direct talent on framing, delivery, and pacing for natural, confident performances.
  • Maintain consistent visual and audio quality across shoots.
  • Manage studio readiness and equipment inventory. Content You'll Work On

  • You won't edit the main documentary films, but you will edit supplementary content—social clips, teasers, and promotional assets repurposed from primary footage.
  • Apply basic color correction, audio cleanup, and graphics.
  • Review full documentary cuts before release for narrative flow, QA, and brand alignment.
  • Deliver to spec and deadline. Maintain clean file structures and version control. What We're Looking For
  • Studio videography experience.
  • Experience interviewing non-actors on camera and making them comfortable.
  • Strong eye for composition, framing, and visual consistency.
  • Proficiency in professional video editing software; basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds) a plus.
  • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable owning shoots independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable—willing to pivot tasks and learn as the company grows.
  • Reliable, punctual, calm under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
