Job Description

About Success Story Success Story with Scott D. Clary is a top-ranked business and entrepreneurship podcast with a 300K+ subscriber newsletter. Beyond the interview show, we shoot street interviews across Miami and behind-the-scenes content around recordings. This is fast, high-volume short-form content that lives on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. About the role We are looking for a Miami-based videographer who can run and gun. You will be the person on the ground with the camera: approaching strangers on the street, capturing behind-the-scenes footage at studio shoots, and getting usable material without a crew holding your hand. What you'll do Shoot street interviews around Miami. Handheld, run-and-gun, often solo Capture behind-the-scenes content at podcast recordings and events Handle your own audio: lavs, shotgun mic, wireless. Clean sound is non-negotiable Frame and light on the fly in unpredictable outdoor conditions Deliver organized, labeled footage with same-day or next-day turnaround Shoot B-roll, event coverage, and social-first vertical content Collaborate on shot lists and content ideas ahead of shoots What we're looking for 2+ years shooting video professionally. A social or short-form portfolio is required You own your gear: camera body, lenses, wireless audio, and a gimbal or stabilizer Confident approaching strangers on camera and keeping the energy up on the street Strong instincts for vertical framing and short-form pacing Reliable, on time, and easy to work with on set Based in Miami with your own transportation Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends, 15 to 20 hours per week Nice to have Editing skills in Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Editing work can be paid separately Experience with street interview or man-on-the-street formats Podcast or multi-camera studio experience Why this role This is consistent, ongoing work with a growing media brand, not a one-off gig. You will have real creative input on what we shoot and how. There is room to expand hours or take on editing for the right person. To apply Send a reel or two to three links to short-form work you shot yourself, plus a list of your gear.
