Our mission is to help people overcome anxiety, trauma, depression, negative thinking, and unhealthy relationship patterns through educational content, courses, events, and media productions. We are looking for an aspiring videographer/editor who wants an opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven team and gain hands-on experience creating content that impacts hundreds of thousands of people. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about video production, eager to learn, highly motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just another freelance gig. What You'll Do Handle the technical side of producing high quality visuals for our videos. Film educational videos, interviews, podcasts, testimonials, and live events Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and production equipment Assist in creating professional studio and on-location shoots Edit long-form YouTube videos and educational content Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Add titles, graphics, animations, captions, and infographics Color correct and improve audio quality Organize footage and maintain project files Collaborate on creative ideas and content strategy What We're Looking For You do not need years of experience. We're looking for someone who: Is passionate about video production Wants to build a career in videography and editing Is dependable and shows up on time Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Can take direction well Has basic knowledge of cameras and editing software Wants to grow with a company from the ground floor Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required: Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve After Effects Photoshop Camera operation Lighting Audio recording What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not just a job.
