Role:
We're hiring a Video Content Shooter to film short clips of our team in action, customer interactions (with consent), behind-the-scenes content, and other day-to-day moments we can turn into high-performing social media ads. No editing is required — we'll handle that. You just focus on getting clean, well-framed, on-brand footage. ⸻
Responsibilities:
Film short-form video content at job sites, in homes (with permission), and in-office Follow shot lists and basic direction provided by our creative team Capture clear audio and steady video footage using your smartphone or camera Ensure lighting, framing, and energy match the Air Docs brand Deliver raw files to our team for editing ⸻
What You Need:
A reliable smartphone (iPhone 15+ or comparable) or camera capable of HD video A good eye for framing, lighting, and engaging video composition Dependability and punctuality Friendly, professional attitude while on-site with customers or crew Transportation to job sites (local) ⸻ Nice-to-Have (But Not Required): Experience filming for TikTok, Reels, or Facebook ads Ability to capture basic b-roll and candid moments naturally Portfolio or sample clips (even personal content) ⸻
