Job Description
Discover a more connected career At Dycom, as an in-house Lead Video & AV Production, you'll be the architect of our visual narrative. You will be responsible for executing our visual identity, managing our production equipment, and producing everything from high-stakes C-Suite interviews to authentic stories from our crew in the field. This is a role for a visual storyteller who is equally comfortable directing our CEO as they are capturing a telecommunications project in a rural township. What you'll do Build and maintain production infrastructure, including tools, documentation, and vendor relationships. Manage the lifecycle of every videography project, which includes storyboarding, scripting, lighting, filming, and post-production editing. Produce high-impact short-form social media clips and long-form videos that highlight employees, infrastructure projects and enterprise milestones. Create educational explainer videos and animations that simplify complex concepts. Direct and film polished C-suite interviews and oversee the technical production for Town Hall live-streams and quarterly results presentations. Travel across the U.S. to capture the skill and dedication of our workforce in action. Work directly with key business stakeholders to ensure all visual content aligns with company brand standards. Own production schedules, call sheets, shoot logistics, crew booking, and equipment planning. What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Must have a HS Diploma or GED. 5+ years overseeing and owning the execution of content or video production A deep technical mastery of cameras, audio, lighting, and professional editing software like Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrate excellent creative ideation skills and the ability to collaborate strategically with stakeholders, translating a technical project update into a compelling narrative focused on connectivity to realize their vision. Proven ability to partner with executive leadership while maintaining a composed, professional, and highly efficient demeanor. Strong project management skills. FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot.
