Video Production Specialist We're looking for a creative, self-driven video professional to join our team! If you're passionate about storytelling through video and want hands-on experience in all areas of production, this is the role for you. You'll help bring ideas to life for clients in Rexburg and across the country. What You'll Do Create content tailored for different media platforms Plan, prepare, assist with filming on location and in office Edit raw footage into polished final videos Collaborate with our team and clients to bring creative visions to life What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1-3 years of video production experience Video portfolio submission (1-3 minutes) Strong understanding of cinematography basics: Camera settings, framing, and lighting Audio capture and mixing Editing principles & storytelling fundamentals Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Strong communication and client interaction skills Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver high-quality work on schedule Preferred Skills & Experience Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom Motion graphics and dynamic title creation (masks, keyframes, etc.) Canon camera experience Gimbal operation Strong organizational skills Knowledge of different social media platforms and best practices for video content Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to keep learning Schedule Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed) In-person role, based in
