Videographer / Content Creator (On-Site Construction Project)

44 hours per week About MTLI Group MTLI Group is a leading industrial construction, warehouse automation, and material handling contractor serving clients across Canada and the United States. We specialize in large-scale warehouse, distribution centre, and industrial construction projects for many of North America's leading companies. We are looking for a creative and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to join our team on a major industrial project in Indianapolis. This is a unique opportunity to document a large-scale project from start to finish while creating professional marketing content that showcases our people, projects, and capabilities. Responsibilities Capture high-quality video and photography of daily construction activities. Film installation crews, equipment, project milestones, and completed work. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Produce daily, weekly, and final project recap videos. Interview team members and document key project milestones. Edit footage into polished, professional videos for marketing, recruiting, and client communications. Organize and maintain project media files and digital assets. Collaborate with project managers and MTLI's marketing team to execute content plans. Operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, drones (if licensed), and lighting equipment. Follow all site safety policies and PPE requirements while working on active construction sites. Qualifications Experience with professional videography and photography. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Strong storytelling, composition, and editing skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments. Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis project site. FAA Part 107 Drone License is an asset but not required. Experience creating social media and marketing content is preferred. Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour (USD). 44 hours per week. 2-month full-time contract. Opportunity to build an impressive portfolio on a major industrial construction project. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
