Job Description
So You Want to Be a Chocolatier is a 64-lesson YouTube series teaching home cooks how to think like a chocolatier. We're looking for one person to film and edit the entire series this summer. Filming takes place in a home kitchen in Kansas City, KS — two days per week, shooting 3-4 lessons per session. The rest of your time is editing on your own schedule. This is a paid contract at $20/hour (est. 480-500 hours). Payment is issued in four milestone installments. When all 64 lessons are delivered, the production equipment — camera, lighting, and audio gear — transfers to you to keep.
