Project Overview My client is hosting an event for senior sales and marketing professionals in Boston, timed with the kickoff of HubSpot's INBOUND conference. As part of the event, video stations will be set up so key stakeholders can capture short interview and testimonial clips. These stations will be staffed by event participants. The current plan is to use multiple DJI Osmo cameras paired with DJI wireless mics and a single light source per station. I'm looking for a video professional to receive an equipment rental, confirm all gear is charged and working, coordinate with the event host on station setup, and be present at the event to float between stations, troubleshooting, checking batteries, and swapping them as needed to keep video capture running smoothly all evening. After the event, footage will need to be offloaded and uploaded to a cloud storage drive (link provided). Responsibilities Receive and manage the equipment rental (you are not responsible for rental costs unless otherwise discussed)
Confirm gear is charged and ready ahead of the event
Set up video stations on-site
Provide AV support throughout the evening, ensuring a smooth capture experience for all participants
Ingest and upload all footage
