Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative individual who is passionate and versatile in their videography skillset. Here, you'll wear several hats — assisting our Multimedia Director across a diverse range of projects, from heartfelt wedding videography to corporate TV commercials and engaging content shoots. You'll help prepare the set with proper lighting, assist our AV department during live event setup and strike, and capture compelling footage across a variety of productions. You'll even manage solo projects where your customer service skills shine just as much as your creative eye. Your filming and editing abilities will be put to the test as you meet strict deadlines and collaborate with a team that feels like family — all while growing your craft in our state-of-the-art facility, complete with a videography/photography studio and recording studio. Responsibilities:
Operate Sony Cinema Cameras (FX6, FX3) and capture high-quality audio across a variety of project types, including weddings, corporate productions, and live events Edit polished final deliverables across multiple formats, including wedding highlight films, social media reels, documentary-style videos, and corporate content Support the AV department in the setup, operation, and strike of live events, including managing video playback systems in live event environments Design motion graphics and visual elements such as logo stings, lower thirds, and captions to enhance final productions Assist with lighting, audio, and projection and all technical aspects of productions to ensure seamless execution from setup through strike Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational studio environment, ensuring equipment and workspaces are ready for daily use Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, software, and storytelling techniques to stay ahead of industry trends Be available for in-state and out-of-state productions, including weekend commitments and extended travel as needed Assist with miscellaneous production tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional videography/photography experience Demonstrated experience in wedding videography and editing, with the ability to deliver polished, emotionally resonant films Hands-on experience with live events, including a strong understanding of video playback workflows in live event environments Proficiency in video and photo editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.) Proficiency in photography, including strong compositional instincts and the ability to shoot in a variety of lighting conditions Experience filming and color grading in LOG formats A solid understanding of audio recording and sound editing tools FAA Part 107 commercial drone license preferred; drone piloting experience required Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously Availability for out-of-state travel, extended stays, and weekend work
Preferred Skillsets:
Advanced color grading and color science knowledge Proficiency in non-linear video editing workflows Strong camera operation skills across cinema and mirrorless platforms Photography and graphic design capabilities Familiarity with AV systems, signal flow, and live production equipment
