Freelance or Part-Time About CN Studios CN Studios helps business professionals create video content, podcasts, interviews, educational content, and thought leadership content that helps them become more visible and build trust with their audiences. Most of our work takes place in our professional content creation studio. Our clients are typically business professionals rather than experienced on-camera talent. About the Role We're looking for a talented videographer/editor who combines strong technical skills with excellent people skills. Many of our clients are business owners, professionals, and subject matter experts who may feel nervous or uncomfortable on camera. The ideal candidate knows how to create a relaxed, supportive environment that helps clients look and feel their best. This position is primarily studio-based, with occasional on-location productions. Responsibilities Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in our studio Record podcasts, interviews, educational videos, and business content Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro Process and clean audio using Adobe Audition Create graphics and visual elements when needed Organize project files and media assets Follow established production workflows and standards Assist with client setup and studio preparation Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera Deliver polished, professional content that meets company standards Required Skills Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Audition Adobe Photoshop Adobe After Effects Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio Excellent file management habits Strong attention to detail Most Important Qualities Patient and encouraging with clients Calm and professional under pressure Dependable and responsive Positive attitude Strong communication skills Team-oriented Willingness to learn and adapt Success in This Role The right candidate will eventually be able to confidently run most studio productions while maintaining the high-quality client experience that CN Studios is known for. Please include portfolio samples and examples of work you have personally shot and edited.
Pay:
