Racquel Aesthetics & Wellness is growing, and we are seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. This person will help bring our brand to life through high-quality photography, videography, graphic design, social media, and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing the full content creation process—from developing an idea and capturing footage to editing and publishing the finished content. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create polished, engaging content that reflects a luxury aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness brand. Key Responsibilities Plan, capture, edit, and produce photo and video content for social media, digital marketing, events, campaigns, and brand initiatives Confidently operate professional photography and video equipment, including cameras, video cameras, lighting, microphones, and related equipment Direct and film providers, team members, patients, treatments, events, and behind-the-scenes content Clip, organize, and edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form content Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, stories, and other platform-specific content Develop graphics and branded marketing materials that align with the Racquel Aesthetics & Wellness brand Assist with content planning, campaign development, and social media strategy Write or assist with engaging captions and creative messaging Monitor current social media trends, platform updates, and content opportunities Maintain an organized content calendar and manage projects from concept through completion Collaborate with leadership, providers, and other team members to support marketing goals Ensure all content remains consistent with our brand voice, style, and overall visual identity Qualifications Professional experience in content creation, videography, photography, video editing, social media marketing, or a related field Strong working knowledge of professional cameras, video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and filming techniques Proficiency in video editing and the ability to cut, clip, color-correct, and produce polished content Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, composition, and visual branding Experience with graphic design and content-editing software Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment A professional portfolio demonstrating relevant photography, videography, editing, and social media work is required Experience within the aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury lifestyle industries is strongly preferred.
