Job Description
Position Overview:
As our Videographer/Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping Bear Creek Arsenal's visual presence across digital platforms. From filming live-fire demos and factory tours to editing tutorial videos and social content, this role requires someone who is both technically skilled and passionate about firearms, hunting, and outdoor culture.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce a variety of content including product showcases, how-to, live-fire testing, interviews, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on video concepts and campaign strategies.
- Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and drones as needed.
- Edit footage with professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with the Bear Creek Arsenal brand and voice.
- Manage digital assets and maintain organized content libraries.
- Stay up to date with trends in video production, firearms content, and social media platforms.
- Travel occasionally for off-site shoots or industry events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Solid understanding of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Strong storytelling ability with a sharp eye for composition, pacing, and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must provide a portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant video work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for firearms, hunting, and/or the shooting sports industry (required or strongly preferred).
- Experience producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.
- Familiarity with AR-style platforms and firearm safety practices.
- Drone experience and certification is a plus.
- Basic photography and/or graphic design skills a bonus.
