Job Description

Videographer -
Willow Lake Day Camp Location:
Lake Hopatcong, NJ (Must live within 25 miles of our location)
Dates:
June 22 - August 14, 2026
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full-time, seasonal (Closed July 3rd) Willow Lake Day Camp is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Videographer to capture the fun, excitement, and heart of summer camp! You'll bring days at Willow Lake to life through videos that highlights our campers, staff, and unforgettable moments.
Responsibilities:
Film high-quality footage of daily camp life, activities, assemblies, and special events. Create biweekly highlight videos (7-8 minutes each) featuring music, special events, and authentic camper and staff moments — made live every other Sunday (end of weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8). Produce short-form videos during the week (1-2 minutes each) spotlighting major camp themes and events. Capture "warm" moments and short interviews with campers and staff. Edit and prepare all footage for use on Willow Lake's social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, etc.) that is posted by our office team. Collaborate with the leadership team to produce off-season staff recruitment clips and highlight reels.
Requirements:
Must have your own camera/video equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, or comparable quality setup). Must have experience with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Proven experience filming and editing engaging video content. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Strong storytelling skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. A designated editing office/space at camp. A Mac computer for on-site use. Supportive, creative leadership team and a fun, upbeat work environment. Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off and lunch provided daily.

Pay:
$625.00 per week
