Job Description

Horvath Productions is looking to add a few hungry, driven sports videographers to our crew this fall. If you love the energy of Friday night lights, have a good eye for the game, and want to get paid to learn from some of the best in the area , we want to hear from you. We don't just want someone to stand there and hit record. We want to help you build your portfolio, learn professional sports production, and really master the craft of storytelling . We are staffing up for high school football coverage in Dayton, Springfield, Bellefontaine, Sidney, Lima, and Marysville area . Here is what the gig actually looks like: Part-time freelance role , usually one or two nights a week.
Mandatory Availability:
Every single Friday from mid-August through October.
Hours:
On-site from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. What you'll shoot: Snap-to-whistle game action, sideline energy, warm-ups, locker room moments, and raw crowd reactions.
Gear provided:
You don't need your own camera; we provide all the professional equipment.
Pay:
$20 to $35 an hour , depending on your experience. Here is what we need from you: You must really know football. You need to understand the flow of the game so you can anticipate the next play and track the action. Experience is preferred, but not required. If you don't have a massive portfolio yet but are a fast learner who works well under pressure, we can teach you the technical side.
Professionalism:
You have to be reliable and respectful around coaches, players, and fans.
Transportation:
You must have your own dependable ride to get to the fields on time. We are building a tight-knit, dependable crew for the 2026 season and beyond . If you want to shoot great sports content, learn from a great team, and make some extra money, send us a brief note about your experience and a link to some of your work . We are making hires now.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
