Job Description

The Farm — Hurricane, Utah Part-Time $28-$40/hour, depending on experience The Farm is looking for a talented Cinematic Videographer & Content Producer who can capture what makes our property, animals, events, and guest experiences special — and turn those moments into professional, compelling content. We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to point a camera or make basic social-media videos. We want someone with a strong visual eye who understands cinematography, storytelling, lighting, composition, movement, editing, and emotion . Our goal is to dramatically improve the quality of the visual content representing The Farm. What You'll Do Film professional, cinematic video content throughout The Farm Produce promotional videos, advertisements, Reels, and social-media content Capture families, children, animals, attractions, seasonal events, and authentic guest experiences Create both polished cinematic pieces and faster-turnaround social content Edit and color-grade video footage Help build and maintain an organized library of professional video and photo assets Capture major seasonal events and special experiences throughout the year Occasionally assist with professional photography Work independently to recognize and capture great moments without needing constant direction What We're Looking For You should have: A strong portfolio demonstrating professional cinematography and video editing A strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling Experience using professional mirrorless or cinema cameras Experience with stabilization equipment such as gimbals Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional software An understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and modern social-media content The ability to produce both cinematic content and quick, engaging short-form content Creativity, reliability, and the ability to work independently Comfort filming outdoors around animals, children, families, crowds, and live events Availability for some evenings and Saturdays, particularly during major seasonal events A Plus, But Not Required Professional photography experience Drone videography experience FAA Part 107 certification A college degree is not required. We care much more about the quality of your work, your eye behind the camera, and what you can actually create.
