Entry Level to Intermediate I'm looking for a creative part-time videographer / camera operator to collaborate with me on meaningful social media and storytelling projects. The main focus will be content for a nonprofit I recently started centered around kindness, community, good deeds, and creating a positive impact on others . Projects may include random acts of kindness, helping families in need, fundraisers for children with cancer, community outreach, conversations with people going through challenges, and creative social media ideas that can inspire others. I also share my personal cancer-fighting journey with 50,000+ followers on Instagram and own Dochi Donuts , so there will also be opportunities to create content around my journey, food, small business, community events, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments. Your Role We already have an editor on the team , so your main role will be operating the camera and capturing strong footage.

You may help with:

Filming interviews, conversations, and candid moments Capturing B-roll and documentary-style footage Shooting vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Filming nonprofit projects, fundraisers, and community events Filming food and business content for Dochi Helping identify interesting shots, angles, and moments Organizing and transferring footage to our editor Creative Collaboration I have about 5 years of professional videography experience , including weddings, commercials, fashion photography, corporate videos, and business marketing content. I'll be involved in the ideas and creative direction, but I want this to be collaborative . I'm looking for someone who will bring their own ideas, notice moments worth capturing, suggest creative concepts, and help develop projects together rather than simply waiting for instructions. I'm open to experimenting with different styles, formats, and even viral video ideas as long as the content fits the overall goal of creating something positive. What I'm Looking For You do not need years of professional experience.

A good fit would have:

Basic camera operation skills Understanding of exposure, focus, framing, and lighting A good eye for composition and storytelling Comfort filming people naturally Interest in social media content Creativity and willingness to share ideas Reliability and good communication A positive attitude and interest in the mission Film students, recent graduates, self-taught videographers, photographers transitioning into video, and newer filmmakers are encouraged to apply. Owning camera equipment is helpful but not required. Long-Term Potential This will start as a part-time / project-based role , but I'm hoping to find someone I can build a long-term creative relationship with. As the nonprofit, my personal platform, and Dochi continue to grow, I'd love to build a small creative team that enjoys telling meaningful stories and creating positive content together.
