The Role We're on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Videographer / Content Creator who can capture the energy of our brand and turn it into awesome content. You'll be shooting everything from kids ripping around trails to clean, scroll-stopping product shots in the studio—and then editing it all into content people actually want to watch. If you're the kind of person who brings both camera skills and creative ideas to the table, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Shoot and edit videos for social, ads, website, and whatever else we dream up Capture real moments—kids riding, families outside, the fun stuff Create clean, sharp product photos in a studio setup Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced edits that match our vibe Work with our team to brainstorm and bring ideas to life Set up lighting, audio, and gear (and know how to make it all look good) Keep our content organized so we can actually find things later What We're Looking For You've got a solid portfolio (show us your stuff!) You know your way around cameras, lighting, and editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud to be exact) You can shoot both action/lifestyle and studio product content You've got a good eye—framing, color, motion, storytelling all matter You're easy to work with and comfortable around kids and families You can take a project from idea → shoot → finished piece without hand-holding Bonus Points (Not Required, But Cool) Motion graphics skills (After Effects, etc.) Drone footage experience Background in e-commerce or product brands You ride bikes—or at least don't mind being around people who do a lot Why You'll Like It Here You get to create fun, meaningful content—not boring corporate stuff You'll have room to experiment and try new ideas You'll be part of a team that actually cares about what we're building What We Offer $20-$25 per hour depending upon experience and up to 20% annual bonus eligibility. This full time, non-exempt position qualifies for a full benefits package that includes paid sick leave, paid vacation, a 401K plan, health insurance and an extensive list of perks.
