Job Description

Content Producer / Visual Storyteller Rhythm Hospitality — Dripping Springs, TX (On-Site + Travel)
Total Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000 will depend on skill level. This is a rare opportunity to become a creative partner inside a rapidly expanding, lifestyle-driven outdoor company with ambitions to become the next YETI (in terms of lifestyle content)- think of their creative peak (circa 2015-2020). You will work directly with the Founder & CEO of Rhythm Hospitality, an award-winning photographer and director turned business executive whose work includes campaigns for Spotify, Under Armour, Fidelity, Dr Pepper, Realtree, and Remington, as well as film work alongside Djimon Hounsou, Kevin Bacon, and others. We are seeking a high-level cinematographer, editor, and storyteller with the taste, discipline, and physical stamina to operate in demanding outdoor environments. This role is not about volume—it is about excellence, restraint, and building a visual language that endures. The position is primarily on-site in Dripping Springs, TX, with regular travel between facilities and destination shoots in locations such as Patagonia, Argentina, Idaho, Alaska, Canada, and Africa. The Work Capture and edit cinematic brand, lifestyle, and documentary content Operate camera, audio, and lighting at a professional level Work in close creative partnership with the Founder to define and evolve visual language Produce content across fly fishing, shooting sports, archery, fitness, and outdoor education Travel regularly and work long, physically demanding shoot days in real environments Help build and scale the internal content arm of a fast-growing outdoor brand Stylistic Notes (Must Align) Our visual identity is restrained, cinematic, and intentional . Honest, journalistic imagery elevated by exceptional light Preference for mid-to-long focal lengths and shallow depth of field Cinematic motion, varispeed, and controlled camera movement Aspirational, almost other-worldly tone—never literal or explanatory Mystique and intrigue wherever possible. Brevity over length Excellence over volume The right candidate understands how to assemble a visual language , not just shoot clips. Camera operation must be excellent—this role works directly with a founder who is deeply fluent in craft and execution. Requirements A strong portfolio is required to be considered Advanced proficiency in professional editing software Advanced proficiency with a major camera platform Proven strength in cinematography, storytelling, and editing Physically capable of demanding outdoor production work Relentless work ethic and uncompromising creative standards Please do not apply if you do not consider yourself a strong cinematographer, storyteller, and editor.
