Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and driven Videographer & Content Creator to produce high-quality video content that captures attention and tells compelling stories. This role is responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering engaging content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical production skills with a creative eye for storytelling and understands how to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This is a paid position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while helping shape the visual identity of our brand through innovative and impactful content. Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, customer testimonials, product showcases, and brand storytelling initiatives. Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, drones, and other production gear to capture high-quality footage in a variety of environments. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules that align with marketing and business objectives. Edit raw footage into polished content optimized for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, websites, and digital advertising. Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and related creative tools. Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final rendering to ensure professional-quality deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create content that supports campaigns, events, recruiting efforts, and brand growth. Manage media assets, footage libraries, project files, and production equipment while maintaining organized workflows. Stay current with industry trends, emerging video formats, social media best practices, and content strategies. Travel locally as needed to capture on-site content, events, customer stories, and company activities. Qualifications 2+ years of professional videography, video production, or content creation experience preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, storytelling, and creative execution. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. Experience operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio gear, and stabilization systems. Understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling principles. Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression settings, and platform-specific delivery requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
