Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and dependable Assistant Wedding Videographer to support our lead videographers in capturing and producing stunning wedding films. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in wedding videography while contributing to unforgettable moments. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead videographer in capturing high-quality video footage throughout the wedding day. Set up and break down video equipment, ensuring smooth operations during the event. Operate secondary cameras to capture alternate angles, candid moments, and detailed shots. Monitor audio equipment and ensure consistent sound quality during ceremonies, speeches, and other key moments. Support the lead videographer by anticipating needs and adapting to the flow of the day. Help organize and coordinate with clients, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless filming. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor in high-pressure, fast-paced situations. Qualifications Basic understanding of videography, including camera operation, composition, and lighting. Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless video systems, as well as audio recording equipment. Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to changes during events. Reliable transportation to and from event locations. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Skills Experience filming weddings or events is a strong advantage. Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Davinci) is beneficial. Understanding of audio recording and microphone setup. A creative eye for storytelling and a passion for cinematic filmmaking.
