Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing compelling demand packages that accurately reflect the value of personal injury cases, ensuring clear communication with insurance adjusters, clients, and attorneys. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help maximize client recoveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong research, writing, and case management skills. Duties Draft comprehensive demand letters and supporting documentation for personal injury cases, highlighting damages, liability, and case strengths Conduct thorough legal research across areas such as personal injury law, procedural law, and relevant regulations to support case valuations Review medical records, accident reports, and other case-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information through interviewing techniques and provide updates on case progress Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and ensure all legal requirements are met Manage case files using document management systems like Casepeer orDropbox, ensuring organized record keeping and timely updates Proofread and edit legal documents for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to procedural standards Skills Extensive knowledge of personal injury law, along with familiarity in related areas such as estate planning, workers' compensation law, civil litigation support, and general & commercial litigation Proficiency in legal drafting, writing skills, document review, and legal support experience Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Skilled in client communication through phone etiquette and written correspondence Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Word processing, data entry, and document management systems such as Casepeer and Dropbox Join us if you're passionate about delivering precise legal support that makes a real difference!
