Presentation Specialist

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to join a team in California on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position is ideal for an experienced visual communicator who can transform business, product, and data-driven content into persuasive presentation materials across major slide platforms. The role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver branded, high-impact storytelling for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality presentation decks across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and similar tools, ensuring each deliverable reflects a refined visual standard.
• Turn complex concepts, technical details, and data-rich information into clear visual stories using strong composition, typography, imagery, and supporting graphics.
• Build charts, diagrams, infographics, and other presentation assets that make information easier to understand and more engaging for viewers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative leaders, and executives to shape presentation content into effective, audience-focused narratives.
• Revise and enhance presentation materials based on stakeholder input while maintaining quality, consistency, and message clarity.
• Develop reusable templates, shared asset libraries, and scalable presentation systems that support efficiency and brand consistency.
• Help strengthen presentation design standards, workflows, and best practices to improve output across the organization.
• Support the ongoing expression of the brand through high-quality visual communication in presentations and related materials.
