Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process Customs entries and entry summaries through ACE/ABI. Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, arrival notices, and other import documentation. Review HTS classifications, country of origin, valuation, duty rates, and applicable trade programs. Process Air, Ocean, and other import entries based on customer requirements. Support TSMC and other key Brokerage accounts during volume increases and peak periods. Monitor Customs releases and resolve entry discrepancies or documentation issues. Coordinate with customers, operations, carriers, CBP, and internal teams to prevent clearance delays. Assist with ISF, bonds, ACH statements, post-entry corrections, and other Brokerage requirements. Perform entry audits and quality-control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain complete and accurate records in accordance with company and CBP requirements. Assist with customer inquiries regarding entry status, documentation, duties, and clearance requirements. Provide backup coverage across Brokerage accounts as workload and customer demands change.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in U.S. Customs Brokerage, import operations, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of CBP import regulations and Customs entry procedures. Hands-on experience preparing and processing Customs entries through ACE/ABI. Knowledge of HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, duties, and applicable trade programs. Experience handling Air and Ocean import shipments. Familiarity with ISF filings, Customs bonds, ACH statements, entry corrections, and post-entry processes. Ability to review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, and other import documentation for accuracy and compliance. Experience with CargoWise (CW1) or similar Customs Brokerage software preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies before entry submission. Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize urgent shipments, and meet Customs and customer deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, CBP, carriers, and internal operational teams. Ability to work independently while also providing backup support across multiple Brokerage accounts. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements, business volume, and peak operational periods.
