The ideal candidate will prepare, review, and process import documentation, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and government agencies. Duties Prepare, audit, and submit customs entries Coordinate with clients, importers, and brokers to resolve entry discrepancies. Ensure strict adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, PGAs (Partner Government Agencies), and international trade laws. Provide exceptional customer relationship management by addressing client inquiries regarding customs procedures and shipment status. Accurately enter data into brokerage software, track shipment status daily, and resolve delays. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customs Brokerage or as an Entry Writer. Data accuracy, HTS knowledge, and customer service Basic knowledge of harmonized tariff schedule
