Labeling Designer Location:
Colorado Springs, Colorado (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to create and maintain instructional product labeling artwork and documentation within the medical device sector. Our team values attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables that adhere to strict regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Instruction For Use (IFUs) documents, including product illustrations, layouts, and copy while utilizing approved templates and software. Prepare and route labeling artwork for approval, ensuring all documentation is thoroughly proofread and compliant with regulatory and quality requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, engineering, regulatory, legal, product development, and marketing—to complete assignments and address labeling-related issues. Investigate and resolve non-conformances and corrective actions, supporting continuous improvement through proper documentation and process evaluation.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe LiveCycle preferred; exposure to Bartender, EnLabel, Windchill, and/or SAP is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new software and processes.
