What we're looking for… Entry Writer with 1-3 years of entry writing experience Knowledge of participating government agencies reporting on an entry (ex. FDA). Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry. Cargowise experience is a plus. About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Prepares customs entries for all import shipments to be submitted to and released from U.S. Customs in a timely manner. Ensures that all entry packets are properly annotated by using tools such as company profiles, CROSS (Customs Rulings Online Search System), Internet and communicating with the Importer of record. Creates invoices for duty and entry charges to be sent to the Billing Department. Develops and maintains customer profiles based on customer's entry history. Coordinates with customers to gather information for entry processing. Answers any Brokerage related inquiries internally and externally. Work Schedule Miami Office 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office. Education & Experience Associate's degree preferred. 1-3 years of entry writing experience. Customs Brokerage License and/or CCS Certification preferred. Salary $50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.
