Financial Content Writer

Description We are seeking a Financial Services Content Writer to create high-impact, brand-aligned, and compliant content that drives awareness, acquisition, and engagement across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a proactive, campaign-minded writer who can produce polished work with minimal edits and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The writer will partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, design, compliance/legal reviewers, and business stakeholders to develop compelling campaign concepts and conversion-focused messaging for member and prospect communications. Key Responsibilities Write and refine clear, persuasive, and compliant copy for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Develop content for digital advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, blog articles, video scripts, print collateral, and other customer and prospect communications Collaborate with designers, marketers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape campaign messaging and creative concepts Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and financial services compliance requirements Create and test copy variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization Use AI-assisted writing tools to support content development while maintaining strong editing and quality assurance standards Manage workflow and assignments within Azure DevOps Balance multiple deadlines and priorities across concurrent projects Project Focus This role will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, with a strong emphasis on: Brand awareness Customer acquisition Engagement Regulatory and compliance alignment within the financial services industry Requirements Qualifications 6+ years of copywriting and/or content writing experience with a strong campaign portfolio Financial services writing experience required, including content related to rates, offers, and product benefits Experience writing for both digital and print marketing channels Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing Proven ability to write high-quality, conversion-focused content with minimal oversight Experience using AI writing tools, with strong editing and QA judgment Proficiency with Azure DevOps Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment Agency experience supporting financial services clients is highly valued More senior-level writers and strong editorial managers are also encouraged to apply Preferred Skills Creative campaign development mindset Experience with performance-driven content and optimization Familiarity with marketing analytics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and email performance metrics Comfort learning new AI tools and workflows in an evolving content environment Tools & Technology Azure DevOps AI-assisted writing tools Standard marketing and content platforms Performance analytics tools for campaign measurement Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
