We are seeking a full-time Body Shop Estimator to join our growing Collision Centers. This position requires knowledge of both structural and non-structural body repair, knowledge of automotive systems, sheet metal repair, and welded panel replacement. Duties:

This position serves as a liaison between Insurance Companies and Clients. Accurately assess collision damage, provide documentation, implement and follow process, accurately keep work files and paperwork updated, and provide strong communication to both customers and insurance providers Estimators take ownership of the Customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with the customer. Estimators help distribute work between technicians and painters Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience Build strong, long lasting Insurance Company Relationships We offer: $1,000 tool allowance to be paid on the anniversary of the service date.
