Agency Success Manager

Steadily is a venture backed insurtech for landlords. We've grown from five to over 150 talented individuals in the past two years as the demand for our service continues to rise. Our purpose is to give landlords all over the country a fast, modern insurance buying experience and amazing customer service so they're confident they'll have the coverage they need on a rainy day. Because of our technology and service, our customers love being insured by us, even when they have a claim. We've grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Agency Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform! What You'll Do Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis. Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel. Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment. Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents. Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback. Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.

Your Background Experienced :

You are a gifted trainer with in-depth knowledge of Steadily's systems and the independent agency ecosystem.

Insurance:

You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles.

Digital :

You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.

Driven:
