Job Description:
We're one of the world's largest providers of transportation and logistics services. Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises. Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.
Job Summary:
Partner with customers and internal teams to document operational processes for new healthcare implementations. Gather and document customer-specific requirements during business and project meetings. Facilitate process reviews with stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Lead documentation review sessions with customers and internal teams using Microsoft Teams. Present process documentation to ensure alignment with operational and business requirements. Manage multiple projects and documentation deliverables while meeting deadlines. Route finalized documentation through the document control process for approval and publication. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of healthcare operations experience. Experience developing work instructions, SOPs, or client operational profiles. Working knowledge of Helix and/or Softeon systems. Experience with EQMS or similar quality management systems. Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Point, and Microsoft Office applications. J ob
