Key Responsibilities:
Learn Manufacturer Policies:
Master the specific warranty regulations, coverage parameters, and digital submission portals for Hino, Isuzu, Volvo, Freightliner, Ford, and Cummins Engines .
Review Technical Repair Orders:
Analyze heavy-duty technician stories, diagnostic readouts, and parts requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy before billing.
Translate Documentation:
Convert complex mechanical repair descriptions into precise, professional summaries required by commercial manufacturers for claim approval.
Process Claims:
Input, upload, and track warranty claims daily into manufacturer portals, ensuring all required photographs, core returns, and digital diagnostic data are attached.
Track & Appeal Claims:
Monitor submitted claims, verify correct payouts, and learn to resolve or appeal wrongfully denied or short-paid claims.
Collaborate Locally:
Coordinate closely with our parts department, service managers, and diesel technicians to gather missing details regarding engine or chassis failures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Mechanical Interest (Helpful): A basic familiarity or passionate interest in cars, trucks, diesel engines, components, or general machinery will greatly accelerate your training success.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational school or automotive trade background is a strong plus.
Communication:
