Job Description

Leading technology solution provider for health and human services organizations, recognized for its achievements with the Long Island Innovator Award, the NY State Education Department NDEAM Award, designated as a 2025 Long Island Top Workplace, and placement on Inc.'s 2025 Best Workplace list. We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill a Training Resource Coordinator, Level I position in our organization. The Education and Training Department is dedicated to delivering user-friendly training resources, including documents, videos, and web content for our software suite. The Training Resource Coordinator, Level I, will play a crucial role in the development, editing, and dissemination of educational materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to support the company's training and educational initiatives. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Learning Resource Support Assist in the creation, review, and ongoing updates of training materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment. Perform basic proofreading, formatting, and quality checks on learning content. Participate in scheduled and release-based reviews of existing materials. Add purpose statements and descriptions to legacy documents to improve usability. Maintain glossary terms and support associated system screen updates in HALO. Production & Publishing Support the production queue and test resources prior to posting Review materials returned from overseas and prepare them for final posting (grammar, formatting). Assist with SCORM packaging as needed. Product Knowledge Coordination Attend product knowledge transfers with Product Management and assist in drafting internal announcements using approved templates. Coordinate logistics for product knowledge communications, including confirming release titles/timelines and triggering workflows. Track topic coverage and maintain the internal knowledge repository. Bridge Initiative Support Schedule reminders, gather recordings/notes, and maintain content logs for Bridge Initiative sessions. Assist in planning and supporting internal knowledge events (polls, quizzes, breakout rooms). Participate in quiz creation and send reminders for surveys or related tasks. Webinar & Launch Logistics Handle webinar logistics and post-production tasks, including scheduling and posting recordings. Coordinate launch activities with support from the Project Manager. Qualification & Required Skills Ability to convey clear, step-by-step instructions through written and verbal communication. Demonstrated enthusiasm for gaining insights into our industry niche and the client demographic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering efficient collaboration. Rapid and comprehensive problem-solving abilities, especially in dynamic scenarios. Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in the English language; fluency in Spanish a plus. Other Skills / Abilities Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional environment as part of the broader team. Embraces a positive outlook and displays self-initiative. Competent in working independently and initiating tasks. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at working autonomously. Required Education and Experience Possesses an Associate's Degree or Certification in a relevant field. Holds a minimum of one year of related or customer service experience. Experienced in crafting instructional materials with effective design and writing skills. Experienced in utilizing the MS Office Suite. Demonstrates basic familiarity with Vimeo and/or other video editing software. Experience with Canva preferred. Experience with Articulate Storyline is a plus. Experience with Synthesia is a plus. Experience with Vimeo or other Video Editing tools preferred. Proficiency in the English language; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
