With offices throughout Canada and the U.S., we provide customs brokerage as well as international and domestic freight forwarding. Headquartered in Blaine, WA, our U.S. division handles commercial imports at all U.S. ports of entry - by ground, rail, ocean, and air. About the Role We're looking for a motivated Entry Writer to join our Ground Freight Release Team. In this role, you'll ensure efficient, accurate processing of customs entries for our clients and supply chain partners, with a focus on high-volume truck clearances. What You'll Do Prepare and process customs entries in compliance with CBP regulations Manage import documentation and distribute Customs and PGA (Partner Government Agency) releases Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and government agencies Follow up daily on entry discrepancy issues Handle data entry, email and phone communication, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management Participate in the 24/7 On Call Rotation What We're Looking For 3+ years of U.S. customs brokerage / import experience, ideally including high-volume truck clearance, HTS classification, and PGA compliance work Strong proficiency in CargoWise Solid knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and HTS classification Comfort with general office and data entry work, including ACE compliance requirements Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused Able to work independently as well as part of a team Availability for a day shift PST, Monday through Friday Why Work With Us 50+ years of industry expertise and stability Flexible work options — remote, in-office, or hybrid — plus paid vacation and personal days Competitive wages and health benefits (medical, dental, vision) A supportive, service-driven culture Room for growth and advancementJob Type:
