The Opportunity:
The Technical Targeter will be responsible for leveraging their proficiency in Russian to read and understand technical documentation in the foreign language. This role involves working closely with an IC community partner to target a high-interest national security objective. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to build comprehensive target profiles.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Russian language skills to interpret and analyze technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IC community partners to identify and target high-interest national security objectives.
  • Develop and maintain target profiles based on gathered intelligence.
  • Employ analytical techniques to vector in on specific targets.
  • Stay updated on relevant tools and technologies, with knowledge of XKeyscore being a plus.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Proficiency in Russian, including reading and understanding technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field, Masters Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years, 10 preferred
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Experience working as a targeter within customer spaces is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and build comprehensive target profiles.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community tools and technologies, particularly XKeyscore.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
