Designer

We are seeking a creative and innovative Designer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on strategic design projects and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals. Responsibilities Develop and execute compelling design concepts for corporate communications across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors and project managers, to deliver high-quality design work. Engage in hands-on design tasks, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the projects. Create brand identities and style guides for special projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision. Produce engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and the corporate website. Participate in photo shoot direction and planning for larger creative projects. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field. A minimum of four years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with solid digital design and UX skills. Strong conceptual development and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience designing for social media and understanding current trends in digital marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
