06 months (Possible extension)
Timing:
1st shift (Monday to Friday) Pay rate: $25-28/- hourly on W2 with 00
PTO Job Description:
The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS)support in-house teams and responding person to helpdesk tickets.
Role Description:
Respond to help desk tickets Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems. Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts) Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.
Requirements:
