Job Description

Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary support resource for help desk and IT related issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions Maintain and support standard and custom system images Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed What We're Looking For Experience in: IT support environments Windows and macOS desktop support Active Directory and account management Office 365 and G-Suite support SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira) MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar) Ticketing systems and queue management Network and hardware troubleshooting VPN and access support Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device Ideal Candidate Traits Passion for technology and continuous learning Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Organized, accountable, and proactive If you're ready to take the next step in your IT career and want to be part of a team where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you .
